Location for class determined via email with Coach Kelsey

Thank you for your interest in setting up a private 1:1 lesson with Coach Kelsey! We work hard to ensure that these classes are specialized for an individual player. Our goal is to use this time to give a tailored experience that will help accelerate skill development and set aggressive training goals. We highly recommend a consultation ahead of class to make the most of the experience.

INSTRUCTION & FACILITY

  • Facility: We will work with you to determine if an indoor or outdoor facility is available ahead of time

  • Focus: Position Specific Coaching & Individual player goals

  • Lacrosse Stick

  • Appropriate Footwear (Cleats)

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
