NEXT Elite training accelerator:

Anne is the head coach of the women’s lacrosse team at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge. A two-time NEWMAC and IWLCA Regional Coach of the Year, Anne is in her 8th year at MIT and will push players on building overall game IQ. Coach Anna is joining us on June 24th.

Kelly Hartnett is the Head Coach at Providence College and specializes in offensive strategy. Dial in your dodging skills and refine your two-man game. Attackers will leave with advanced training on how to move the needle during a game while other players will leave getting a masterclass on how to push back. Coach Kelly is joining on June 23rd, 24th and 25th.

Coach Kelsey was one of the top draw specialists in the NCAA and has been the defensive and midfield coordinator for multiple elite programs. As a former professional player, she has extensive experience on the field. As a coach, she has worked at Harvard University, Brown University, Bryant University and Umass Amherst.

Kasey Brown owns and operates True Training Studio in Bristol, RI and is the Elite Strength & Conditioning Coach. She is focused on speed mechanics, improving north to south dodging, building players’ open-field transition game and defensive closeouts in a controlled conditioning environment. Coach Kasey is joining us on June 23rd.

Zoe is an assistant coach at Salve Regina in Newport RI and is the former Boston College goalie with experience playing in the first women’s professional league. Zoe specializes in goalie coaching and defensive strategy. Coach Zoe is joining on June 23rd and 24th.

Joelle is in her 4th season as the Assistant Coach at the College of the Holy Cross. In 2024, Prata helped the Crusaders to an overall record of 12-6 and a 6-3 mark in conference play. Holy Cross placed fourth in the Patriot League regular season standings, and advanced to the conference tournament semifinals.

Jana Drummond will enter her ninth year on the Massachusetts women’s lacrosse staff in 2025-26 and fourth as the head coach. Drummond led Massachusetts through a stellar 2025 campaign, earning ECAC Coach of The Year honors after coaching the Minutewomen to their first A-10 Championship since 2021.

Tyler is a physical therapist with a background in injury prevention. He is currently pursuing his PhD at the University of Rhode Island and will be providing the warmup experience for players enrolled in the Elite Training Accelerator.

Erin an assistant coach for the Tufts University Women's Lacrosse Team. She joined the program in the summer of 2023 after playing at the University of Massachusetts, where she played in 26 games over her career for the Minutewomen.

Eileen is the head coach of the Bryant University Women’s Lacrosse team and is entering her fourth year in the program. Prior to coaching at Bryant, Eileen coached at Brown University. She was named America East coach of the year in 2025.
