The following is a game summary from the RILAX sponsored boys’ high school All-Star game played Saturday June 6 at Classical High School. The Orange team (DI First team and DIII First Team) defeated the White team (DI second team and DII first team) 21-7. The Orange team was led by the four RI All-Americans; Ian Deveau (4 goals and 4 assists), Conor O’Donnell (4 goals and 2 assists), Ben Sternberg (3 goals and 1 assist and 11-4 on face-offs) and Ted Pekalski (2 goals and 2 assists). Attack Alex Patinkin was the Orange MVP after tallying five goals and an assist. Midfielder Andrew Messner was the White MVP with two goals and eight ground balls. Academic All-American Stuart Sheehan also had two goals and Mike Kemmy had a goal and an assist for the White.
 The Orange jumped out to a 4-1 lead after the first quarter, but the White came back in the second and cut the deficit to 6-4 with just over six minutes left in the quarter. The Orange then scored seven straight to take an 11-4 lead at the half and five more at the start of the third, scoring 12 straight goals to pull away.
